Biographie de l'auteur

Elisabeth Cerqueira est une nutritionniste-diététiste, consultante, chroniqueuse et conférenciète pour des congrès de médecins. Sa mission en tant que partenaire santé est d'offir un programme nutritionnel simple.

En 2010, Elisabeth et Marise Charron ont cofondé NutriSimple, une organisation qui regroupe plus de 50 cliniques de nutritionnistes au Québec.
